[Resolved] Motorola India — Almost 1.5 month passed still motorola handset not repaired

Motorola handset has been given to service centre on 6th FEB, but still there is no update from service centre.They sent me a mail to deliver the product on 2nd March, but they did not. whenever I have called they just extending the dates.But they yet not touched the phone. Even today they told me we could not do that you need to wait.They have given multiples call back date, but never ever did that.

I need a immediate action on that.
