Hi i am rakesh kumar i am from jammu, and my complaint is regarding the service provided by the authorised service centre of moto rola india.
Details as follows
I have bought moto x play from flipkart and after updating its software it got automatic reboot or restart problem. On 04/04/2016 i submit the same to its authorised service centre named as swastik computers their official email id is jmu1. [protected]@b2x.com, gandhi nagar. Jammu. First they said it's bord has to be demanded from the company after one month when i visited the service centre when they said your phone is ok. I tried to start the phone but the phone has the same problem then thy said we have demanded battery first now we have to demand mother board for the phone. Today is 28/5/2016 and my phone is still with them. I am so frustrated with their service centre i have to take leave from my office which is about 60 kms from their service centre. I want you to punish such kind of services provided them by extending my warranty period and also monetary fine to them by providing new handset. My details as follows
