Motorola India — Moto X - Worst service - Still facing the issue | |||
Team, it has been quite an unpleasant experience with Motorola Authorized Dealer – “Wave Technologies (B2X), Abids, Hyderabad”. The camera app on my Moto X (1st Gen) mobile stopped working since I updated it to the Lollipop (v 5.0). As my mobile was still under warranty, I went to this service center and was asked to come later as it will take time for them to look into the issue, after a couple of days I was informed there’s an issue with mother board and need to be replaced, a ticket no. (AMSHYD005563) was issued and after multiple follow-ups I got my mobile with a different mother board (I doubt it is a new one) and with new IMEI number. By the time I reached home the mobile switched off on its own multiple times and in next one day it kept on switching off every 15 mins and needed to connect to charger every time I need to restart though camera app worked fine. I went to the service center with the complaint and they took my mobile and said we will replace the mother board again and gave me another ticket number (AMSHYD007070). This process again took a month and by the time I got the mobile the warranty expired and now I see the same problem, it switches off every 15 mins. Service center people behave in a very unprofessional manner and are not performing any repair except replacing the mother board. Kindly help me by either replacing my mobile with a new one or repairing it to function normally. Was this information helpful? | |||
