I submitted my faulty product and data cable in warranty period in pitampura service center, now its closed, only mobile was transfered to tilak nagar sc, and its been around 2.5 months and still they are giving me same reasons and asking me for more time again and again instead of giving me replacement of mobile and when i visit sc they don't have my my data cable either, and some of them also talks rudely, they don't really care about customers, even when i warned them about complaining in consumer court, they said, go ahead, you can do whatever you want, they guys do argue instead of showing products. Always saying "we apologise, we need 10 more days/ a week time" and again after given time they will ask for same.
No one is giving any proper answers.
