Hi,
I have provided my Motorola G2 mobile phone (IMEI – [protected]) Job Sheet No - MULMG15/02043 to Service Center for Touch and Software issue on below address dated 12th Sept 2015 and they confirmed that they will provide my phone within 15 day Working Days. My phone warranty expires on 28th Sept 2015. I had follow up with them last week and even called Motorola Customer care (complain no –[protected] and they confirm to provide the same by current week .i.e. on 3rd or 5th October 2015 and on 5th Oct 2015 when I Called them again they confirmed that it will take more 1 Month to repair my phone due to parts unavailability. Even I had call the Western Service center main person named Ashish and also sent him SMS about my issue, but didn’t reply. As they have even not provided any back up phone for my use if repairing is taking this amount of time period.
Can you please take some strict action against them? Also I want is to share this worst service news to all the other people through your news paper.
