[Resolved] Motorola — Mobile/service is not satisfactory

I am owner of set moto g2, build number-MPB24.65.34,
due to charging problem of my device, i approached to your service centre of mahendru telecom off.2, 2nd floor, monika tower near milap chowk, jalandhar, punjab
contact number of the service centre is[protected].
they didnt gave us good service, they replace the orignal charging point of the phone with the duplicate one, so i want that to plz take action against this unless i will go to consumer court.
the date of incident is 16/5/16.
money should be refundable
