Motorola Mobility — About my device which was given to repair around 3 months back for display

I have submitted my phone in service center on 30th September 2015. My device is Moto G 3rd Gen and its in warranty. Every time i call service center they say wait for 15 to 20 Days more.I have also contacted Motorola Customer Service they escalated my issue but no progress. Firstly they said they will fix it in within 7 days after that extended that date and now they are saying they don't know how much time it will take more to fix.
