I have purchased new moto g 4 plus handset having warranty of 1 year ..I feel great problem in battery .I Called to customer care .1st they told me to change set but after lots of calls they didn't taking softly as well as refusing to change my handset.i am feded and unhappy with this company and behavior...I SUGGEST TO ALL TO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT OF MOTOROLA..my no. Same problem I am facing. I have surrender my device on 17th august at your service centre. Till date I have no updates when I will get my device back & there is no use of doing e-mail communications with your helpdesk as I never received satisfactory reply from your helpdesk. Sorry to say, From Brand like Motorola this kind of service is not at all expected.
