[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — bad service and false warranty promise

I brought moto c plus 2 weeks back and suggested so many people its a good phone and few of my friends also brought the same phone. Unfortunately one day touch stopped working so i thought it a small issue and given it to service center to rectify that problem, they have taken 3 days time and gave it back after a day use i got the same problem so i have taken the phone to service again they told me that touch is not working told me that may be because of water damage i got so angry and told how will that happen two days back also you didnt tell any thing about any kind of issue now they are playing games and those service guys saw my hands are sweaty and told me that because of sweat the phone got water damaged is it a kind of sick joke? Is that the service from motorola and they dont want to do service to my phone which is 14 days old. I want to take the serious action immediately other wise i will go to consumer court. 4 of my family members brother, father are using moto only moto play, moto style, moto g3... That much i beveled in motorola if required i will send the bill of them.
