[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Defective handset being delivered

Sir/Madam,

I have ordered the Moto Z Play mobile from amazon.in and got it on 26th Nov 2016. And not even i have used it for two months, the display got blank and it doesn't show up anything. I have give the phone to the Lenovo service Center in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad branch on 30th Jan 2017, there was no physucal damage or even an single scratch on the phone. its almost one month since the phone is with them. Every time when i call them or go the branch they tell me, they are trying to resolve the problem, they tried to keep new display but its not working, and they are trying again, and they will give me in 2 days. now even when i am calling them on number ([protected]), they are not lifting the phone. When they are not able to repair either they give me my money back or give me a new handset. Its causing me lot of problem without phone, please can you help me sorting out this issue.

Updated by Vikas_1992 Hi, i have sent an email to your support now. I need this issue to be resolved as early as possible. This is the not correct way to provide service to a customer. I am highly disappointed with this kind of service from a well reputed company.
