Motorola Mobility — Device part not received | |||||
Facing some issue regarding Ringer of my device (Moto X Play). raise issue with service center (Bell N Tell Tele Services, Mulund West) on dt 13th of Jan 2016. they gave me TAT of Max 15 days. after 15 days i have raise complaint in motorola on dt. 30 Jan 2016 with Customer Reference number:[protected] stating that "Please collect your device from service centre on 23rd Feb 2016". Now its 26th Feb 2016 and still not get any resolution for the same. again i put a reminder mail on dt 24th Jan they came back with feedback "Please collect your device from service centre on 24th March 2016" without any prior notification or reason.
