I have purchased moto g5 on 3rd of august'17. I have started using the same from 5th as it requires nano sim which was not with me. After using it the fault was found that the screen light was blinking and the numbers which were stored in phone were gone automatically. On 10th august i have given the phone back to moto services center and requested for a new piece as the same was faulty since day one. Now the service center have keep that phone and after two days they have given the same phone back stating that there was a software update problem though i have requested for a new phone. But after that also the problem remains the same. So again i have to submit the phone and they kept the phone with them for long. They have given back that phone on 25th august and said the phone is ok now. Again yesterday when sim card was inserted it was not working and even the phone was not getting charged. Being a brand like motorola it is not good that you give the faulty piece. Now i don't want this phone anymore kindly give my refund money of the phone. Hope the complain will be entertain immediately.
