My client had purchased MOTO G2 on 1/01/2015. The handset provided has already gone twice for servicing, this shows how good your product is. When your product is given at the service centre located at B2X the customer care complaint, Mumbai-Borivali, It remains with them for a couple of months and then too the problem is not resolved. They take their own sweet time and cause immense trouble to the customer. Their is no revert from the headquarter customer care service inspite of multiple calls and mails. Where would the customer seek relief from? There is no higher authority to take responsiblity to solve customer grievance which is very disapppointing. It is like cheating the customer. Once the product is sold, there is no one to take call on solving customer grievance. It only only depicts deficiency in service.
