My mobile is at service center for more than 80 days.
I purchased Moto G (2nd Gen) LTE on[protected], the mobile started to hang and so visited service center on 30th November 2015 and they provided a job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07639.
On 10th December 2015 i was informed about the another job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07828.
Contacted customer support then they promised to get it done by 21 st Jan 2016, in support of which they also send a sms on my registered mobile number.
On 22nd Jan 2016 i received a call from motorola support that it will be now done by 15th of Feb 2016.
Again i got call for new date of 10th feb then on 10th i giot call for 18th feb and today i have got call from customer support for a new date of 8th March .
The mobile was purchased from Flipkart and even they are also not responding for the replacement of the mobile, which was defective from the time i got.
