Job Number: AMSFLA009781 Its been 55 days i have given my mobile phone for servicing (display replacement). i.e. on 16th of November 2015. During handing over phone its been said that " within 10 - 15 days period mobile displayed will be replaced and delivered back". Till now my mobile didn't got ready. Every time i check for updates - your/service center reply is " there is no stock and it will take another 10 days time". i don't know for what reason just to get get the stock its taking so much of huge time or you guys must be playing playing with customers. If you guys are not able to do servicing on time or don't have spare parts stock means please don't sell such mobile phone on market. Its very inconvenience for customers like this. Now i really feel i would have brought some other brand mobile phone. Still how much time you need to delivery it to me??? My mobile is with moto service center from past 55 days and you guys are not able to deliver it to me after so many times complaint has been registered in moto customer care. Because of your delay in mobile servicing, my warranty period of mobile is wasting unnecessarily and i have requested for extension of warranty period for the same. Till now there is no proper response from any one of you, specially from Mr. susheel.
