Motorola Mobility — Mobile phone has not been repaired for last 40 days.

I gave my motog2 smartphone to get repaired on 28th sep 2015. It had a problem related loud speaker.But It's more tham 38days and still they haven't repaired the phone even they say that the display has the problem. I raised complaint to customer care more than 5 times but nothing has happened.Still the phone is in service center in pune city. Address of service center-"B2X service center, narayanpeth pune, first floor, garud apartment contact no-[protected]" I doubt that they have used my cellphone's part for another one's cellphone. this kind of problem never takes this much time. I request you Please please help me.
