[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — mobile switch on issue 3 times in 9 months after buying made me to run to service centre all the time | |||
I bought Moto M (grey) on 24/4/17 from flipkar with order id OD[protected]. Since then, my mobile is having unique issue that it will not get switch on if I switch off (due to slowness / to refresh apps). In past 9 months, i had this issue 3 times, each time i have to rush to your service centre, they keep the mob for a week and deliver it back after updating software (?). Dates of complaints are 14/6/17, 21/8/17 and 9/1/18. Neither they are providing me any permanent solution, not replacing if there is hardware issue / not giving me any replacement (service centre - Rajajinagar, Bangalore). I am using mobile phones from past 10yrs and this is the worst mob phone in my life time that you made me to go to service station everytime for simple switch on issues. Cervice centre excecutives are pathetic. 3 complaints in 9 months due to handset / software / hardware issue which had given me worst of nightmares. I need a refund and satisfactory reply else will left with no option but to go to consumer court.
