[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — moto g turbo mobile is not repaired after 33 days

I have my mobile at moto service center bhavnagar gujrat 0n date 28/08/2017 but till time its not repair i have call many time in service center and also at moto cutomer support but non of both giving me any answer pls do needful they have not given me any handset to use due to this i can not use my internet plan which i have already pay money for it and ihave already spent too much money in calling

Updated by [email protected] I have given my mobilemoto g turbo to motorola service station in bhavnagar since last 21 days but till time not repaired service is very poor service center person says part not available from company

I bought Moto M and the device is still under warranty period. When tried to chat with customer care, at first they told warranty is valid for 6 months. When I showed documents then they said it was confusions. Further CC told now the rules have been changed. Again asked him to refer the new rules published on the motorola website but he couldn't.
