I have given my mobile to Prudent Telecom Service center, Thane on 13th May 2017. The tracking no given by service center is SRPTS[protected]. I have been following up with service center for my mobile and everytime they say it will take some time. They have sent an approval to company for warranty.
It has been 4 working days but still mobile is not fixed.
When I call customer care[protected], they say they do not have access to call the service center. The service center landline number is[protected].
