[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Moto z play spare display not available even after 2 months of phone submission

The display of my MOTO Z Play was damaged & I submitted the phone to a Motorola authorised service centre on 28th Nov, 2016. Since then I haven't got my phone back repaired since they are saying that the display is still not available.

The phone was released into the market in September 2016. It has been 4 months since then & yet they don't have the spare parts available for this phone.

Everytime I ask the status, I get the same reply that the display is not yet available in the warehouse itself.

It has been 2 months that my phone is at the service centre & isn't repaired yet.

Moreover, they also closed the ticket by changing its status to "Complete". So now this case isn't even being considered.

How long does it take for the company to manufacture spare parts of their products? Especially when there are cases pending for the same.

The spare parts must be available at least with the company.
