[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — pathetic after sale service | |||
Dear sir, Good day! I purchased a motog5 (S) plus from dotcom moto hub on 8-jan-2018. I am facing the following issue with my new phone. When i am watching a video in whatsapp, and i receive a call, which i attend, the video does not pause! The video sound is playing in the background of the call. Hence i am unable to speak with the caller!! On 12-jan-2018, i visited moto hub at vijaya forum mall, to check this issue. I was disappointed by the customer service given by vendor!!! The sales person initially told it is an issue with whatsapp, then he said it is an issue with android 7.1.1!! Then finally took my phone number and promised to give a feedback the next day, but till today no one bothered to call me!! Very pathetic after sale service!! Will motorola take this issue and do something or at the least give me a convincing reply!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a Moto G5+ 32GB 4GB RAM in October 2017. I have a problem with the Bluetooth on my phone. It turns on automatically.
