ThIs problem is about the Moto G 2nd Gen Mobile phone which was purchased from Flipkart[protected]
The phone developed a crack in the internal display (Not on the front screen) due to overheating of the phone on[protected], when i have placed it for the charge and the phone display went off.
When i took the phone to service center and informed them of the incident, they just told that this problem could not be covered under the warranty. But they admitted that the damage was due to overheating of the phone and therefore damage is due to the manufacturing defect But the worst part they not even checked the phone internally and just by seeing the physically they gave their decision.
I previously complained Flipkart customer care 3 times within month of purchase, but they didn't eradicate the problem and after few months of that i took same phone to nearest Moto service center with same issue and but, actually they reset the operating system gave me back.
And today[protected] when i took the phone to service center, they (Mrs. Beena Rawat - Floor Manager) did not checked the phone. But they admitted the damage was due to overheating of the phone.
Then they told to contact the customer care and deal with the problem. But unfortunately even they did not take the action to solve my problem.
