Motorola Mobility — Phone not working

Hai my name is syamala my mobile no is [protected].I bought moto x play mobile with 32 internal memory through online on october 2015.But in january 2016 my phone was not working it was taken to all service centers they are saying that it will not work again.the phone was dead.. 6 months also not completed but i am facing this problem, , pls help me out
