[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Phone overheated and motherboard problem

Gud morning, my name is vishnu. My phone suddenly got overheat oneday resulting in battery drain, headphone jack problem and screen burn. They took care of the screen burn. But the headphone jack didnt work. So i mentioned it to them and they replaced the headphone jack. Again the same problem persisted. No sound from the headphone jack when earphones were inserted. They said it might be a motherboard problem. And took the phone saying that motherboard will be replaced in a week. They took my phone on[protected]. Today is[protected]. Yesterday the called me saying the phone is repaired, so i went to the service center hoping i would get the phone back after a long wait. But to my surprise the phone was still under repair. After i went there they said that the person who called me supposedly called by accident and i am still waiting for my phone. Fed up i am complaining here so that my problem will be solved soon.
