This is regarding information and request of the problem I am facing using a Motorola, a Lenovo owned comany's device.
I bought a Motorola Moto G 4th Generation 32 GB, some months ago. It is still under warranty. Since I've bought the device I am facing several issues like Screen Lagging, Auto-Touch, Heating, Not Charging, Power Button Not Working and Rear Camera Glass got scarched very easily in just a few days from the date of purchase.
Today, i.e., 14 of August 2017, I went to the Motorola/Lenovo Service Center at Okhla, New Delhi (F 26/4 Okhla Phase 2, Nathu sweet Main road, Adjoining Yamaha, New Delhi, Delhi 110020) Even if my device is under warranty they asked me pay an amount of approximately Rs. 2400/- for the repair of my device. I am really disappointed with the executives and service.
I request you to look after this as soon as possible. Whether my device should be repaired free of cost, and if the problem still exists then please replace my device as soon as possible. I am facing lots of problem.
