[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Repair time length and fake commitment | |||
I bought Moto X Play on 23 Dec 2015, On 6 Feb 2016 I submitted my phone to motorola customer care service as display of my phone got malfunctioned. After 15-20 days when I asked for status, it was told to me that request of Display is pending as this part is not available and also my complaint got escalated to higher team. On 29 Feb 2016, executive mailed me that I will get closure date in next 2-3 weeks and finally escalation team called me and on 17 March 2016 I got mail that my device will get repaired on 25 March 2016. When I call service center on 26 March 2016, they told me that device is not repaired yet and device part request is pending as it is still not available. Motorola makes a fake commitment to me and I have attached those mail also. I have asked for replacement of phone but no one is interested. Around 2 months of phone warranty have been wasted as phone is at service center itself. Either Motorola should replace my phone with new Moto X Play or refund.
