[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Sai Communication GZB, not returning the phone back after a month | |||||
I recently gave my moto x style(your flagship phone last year) to your authorized service centre Sai Communication, Bazariya, Ghaziabad. It had a weird speaker issue where it would just reduce volume drastically if I play anything after 5 seconds. They returned it after 22 days with a non responsive screen. First the bottom part was a little unresponsive, then it grew to half the display's touch functionality not working (the display was fine- just the touch not working). I returned it back again on 8th october as the device was still under warranty, as always they said, "check back after a week". Now it has been 26 days, sometimes they don't pick up the phone, when they do they always say, "the part isn't here yet, it's being shipped from bangalore". Today when they picked up the phone they just said, "call back after a week again!". Every week it seems like the same story, they always say call after a week! How long does it take for a display panel to ship from bangalore? Even if the guy was on a bicycle he would've been here by now! This is just pathetic customer service. I have been a motorola user ever since the original moto x. I still use a nexus 6 as my backup phone and I love the screen. I was planning to buy a moto g4 plus for my sister but now the recent turn of events had shook up my faith in the company. Now my phone's warranty just expired yesterday, If they screw something up this time around it's gonna cost me a lot of money to repair it, Even the touch screen digitizer is 6500 bucks! Motorola please look into this matter and either extend my warranty or provide me with a replacement unit if possible so that I can have peace of mind and enjoy my device.
