Motorola Mobility — Service and Repair of mobile

My Handset Moto G 2nd Gen have some Problem under warranty. I submitted my handset to service center who located in Meerut city 250001 before 42 days ago. But I cant find any solution about my mobile. And they did not give a response to us. If i said give us response then they said that if you can do something then you can do. We have no tension. After i call the tollfree customer support of motorola, they also dont gave a good response to us.
