Motorola Mobility — Service centre problem | |||||
I purchased a cellphone from flip-kart of motorola product name moto x2. after 3 months o[censored]sing it showed some display issues, i gave it to the authorized service center for repair but it has been more than 6 months, i have no sign of my phone. They don't respond to my calls. whenever visited, they just give a lame excuse n postpone the date. Was this information helpful? | |||||

the job sheet number is 2997. they first told me the sets need 22000 INR rupees for display but later said they could do for 12000INR. after some time they said they will give a new set. i dont know but i feel they are doing some fraud. please help
