I have bought nexus 6. Within 9 months, there was a charging issue in it. I went to s.G.Infotech one in borivali(W) on 7th january 2016. They told me that your device will go in company and company will fully repair it. But i visited the service centre on 16th january and i was shocked to find that between 7th january to 15th january i didn’t receive any message or call from the service centre regarding my device. I had to wait for 1 hour. They told me that charging issue was solved. When i was checking my phone, i noticed there wasn’t any camera application. My one issue was solved at a cost of generating another issue. My camera was working fine before i submitted my phone to service centre.
Ms.Madhu from rss team was handling my case, she gave me a call on 7th feb stating she will give me a final report and compensation about my phone by 26th feb. Mr. Irfan gave me a call on 26th feb by saying closure date is 7th march. Today is 25th march, i still dont have my phone with me. Customer care talk rudely with customers.
