[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Taking too much time to solve.

My new moto g4 plus screen became black on 3rd august.When i went to the moto help centre. They were taking too much time to solve the problem even today i don't get my phone and today is 27th august. They were just making excuses that the part is not available and i am totally disappointed by moto company. Kindly take some action regarding this problem.
