Motorola Mobility — Turbo 2 phone | |||
Over year ago when our contract with verizon was up for renewal on the advise of the verizon customer service representative he recommended the turbo 2. Stateing it was the best most reliable phone. Well he was completely wrong. My wife is now on her 5 th replacement. My daughter is on her 3rd and myself my 3. They stop charging, won't hold charge, turn themselves off and on by themselves. Freeze up. My wife just got a replacement not even a month ago. And it froze up. Got replacement today now we have to go get new sim card. Phone killed the sim card. When i asked verizon rep about the phone turbo 2 if he had compliants. He stated no. But when i look online there is tons of dissatisfied customers. Everytime i have to go to verizon to get a replacement for defective phone they state turbo 2 is good. Well i think after the 2nd time we should of had a new upgraded phone for free. This is ridiculous. I am never going with a motorola again. Might even stop our account with verizon once contract up. Was this information helpful? | |||

But I have done in the same way but there is no use same problem is showing again and I have done factory reset but there is no use doing that please help me to solve this problem.
