[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Unable to provide repair status for nexus 6 and Moto 360 smart watch | |||
I have submitted my Nexus 6 and Moto 360 second generation smart watch as both were faulty and both were in warranty to BM gadgets services off karve Nagar Pune. The job code number is AMSBMS001647. It was submitted on the 19th of November 2016. It is over a month now and neither the service center nor Motorola are giving any details regarding the devices. Please note that for the smart watch I was given a manual job sheet. I have been following up with the service centre and Moto care and have not got any info about the repair status of the devices. Also the original charger provided with the phone was faulty and under warranty, but the service centre has told me that the charger is not the correct charger and they will not be able to replace/fix it. Moto care is also not providing any details about the charger Was this information helpful? | |||
