[Resolved]  Motorola Mobility — Uncomfortable Services

Hello Sir/Mam,
I am Dharmik Savaliya, I have given my cell phone for service in Motorola service center at Balaji Communication, Arihant Complex, Udhana Navsari Road, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat-India on 27th july 2016. They told me they will solved problem in 25 days so, my aspect-ed delivery date is 25 Aug 2016. I have visited service center 3 times after 25th august 2016. Every time they told me part are not ready and they will call after two or three days but i can't got positive response about my cell phone.
On every times they were told me about parts are not available and it will be available after some days. They are not giving me exact date for solved my problem.
I made complain to Motorola so many times. This is complain Number;

So finally I decided to complain in consumer forum.
I hope I will get solution from you.
