Motorola Mobility — Under Warranty: Replace or Repair Moto G54 5G phone cracked during charging

I recently bought a Motorola G54 5G phone which is unde warranty. One day it's phone screen cracked during charging. Both customer care and Motorola authorised service centre now asking for money to repair it without full inspection. They simply had registered the complaint under physical damage ignoring the cause of the problem.

As my phone is under warranty and it's screen cracked during charging, I request for either replacement or repair of my device free of cost.
