[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Unprofessional behavior at service center and delayed service | |||
My Motorola G4 plus phone's charger stopped working on 26th March 2016.I gave it at Nagashree Service Center on 27th March 2016 which is an authorized service center for Motorola in Udupi, Karnataka. They assured that it will be replaced by the company as it was well within warranty period.Its been 10 days now and from past few days I am enquiring about it.First, they are not providing any relevant information about it as to how many days will it take? They just say when it will come we'll call you and disconnect the call when I am still trying to on the call. I had reported this at Motorola's Customer Care via call.They said the status by the service center has not been uploaded hence, they cannot help.Is it the duty of the customer to communicate between the company and their service centers? I want them to provide me with a particular date as to when will I receive it or at least update me with the status.Or else admit the replacement cannot be done even though it's within the warranty period, because they are not making any affirmative statement about the complaint. Apr 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Upon complain information regarding the accessory was provided with a date as to when will i receive it.I received my accessory on that particular date.Also, they explained to me the reason for delay. Motorola Mobility customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
