[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Very poor customer service | |||||
Submit my phone moto g3 regarding "charging port not working" issue to authorized motorola service centre... They took 1 week to get is repaired... Got my phone back on 30 july.. And a new problem is generated of voice echo.. This was simply due to their unskilled servicing person they are using... I submitted my phone today i. E. 01 aug., they said it will take 2-3 days to resolve this problem. And the phone is in warranty period, nw it will be 10-11 days since i submit my phone. This is simply very poor service and use o[censored]nskilled workforce, simply wasting time and money of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
