SHOCKED AND SURPRISED at the kind of service from a brand like Motorola!
My phone needed a repair, and as per the information on your site, i approached 3 service centers, in Pune and Mumbai, only to realise that they had shut down! NO UPDATE ON YOUR SITE!

26th Jan - I called the customer service 1800.. number and spoke to Arvind Kumar. He gave me a service center address close to my house. After repeatedly asking him if it is still operational, he claimed that it was. On reaching there, i find out that it was closed! MIS LEADING REPRESENTATION!
28th Jan - I called the customer service again. Spoke to Samanjeet Singh, Vinay goud and finally Sandeep who really went out of his way to help me find a center close by that could help.
28th Jan - I handed over the phone to a center in Orchid Plaza in Borivali west Mumbai.
I called the Orchid plaza service center twice, until today, and all i was told all the while was that it will take a week, as they have ordered for a battery, and are awaiting it.
17th Feb - I called the customer service again, and spoke to Madhu, who when i asked to be transferred to Sandeep, promised that he would call me back in an hour. FALSE PROMISES
Today, 19th Feb - Its been over 3 weeks now that my phone is with the service center, and over 2 days since i was promised a call back from the customer service.
I called the customer service, and got Mohamad Moubeen on the call. (strict action needs to be taken against this individual - go through my call recording).
When i asked to be transferred to Sandeep, since he is aware of my case, he tells me that Sandeep is no longer there. That he has been promoted.
Then then puts me on hold, then comes back ans says he spoke to someone, who he says is Sandeep's boss, and that person said that my case will be closed in a week. When i insist to speak to his boss, he put me on HOLD endlessly AND THEN HUNG UP.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CLARITY OR UPDATE OR INFORMATION AT ALL.
So now i have been told by some random rude executive that my phone shall be ready in a week, when 'a week'. I really wonder how he got that information or is it just to shut the customer up? And could the person who gave him this information not come on the call?
CANT BELIEVE THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE.
Today, 23rd Feb, i get a call and then an email to follow, from Motorola, saying they are HAPPY to inform me that i will receive my handset on 22nd MARCH 2016! (Incident No:[protected]
Who waits 2 months to get a phone repaired?
SHAME ON YOU MOTOROLA!
i was advised before i bough the phone that the customer service was horrible - i now wish i had listened.
I hope my friends dont make the same mistake!!
