Hi, i regret the poor and pathetic customer service. Purchased new Moto G2 on 8th april. From the beginning facing mother board issues. Surrendered device to B2X customer care company, authority service center at Dadar, Mumbai on 26th June. Received device back on 8th July with as it is, again lodged complaint vide Job No.AMSMUD002236, supposed to resolve this issue today, however, no response.
