I have issues regarding charging of my phone probably the charging slot is damaged. It has been less than a year since i purchased my phone and this problem aroused. I gave my phone to the authorized service center on 13 june 2017 in jodhpur, rajasthan. Even after two weeks they have not repaired my handset. They are claiming that the company is not sending the parts (Motherboard). I want my mobile repaired as soon as possible.
