1) my moto mobile set, xt-1650-03, 64 gb; imei no [protected]; under warranty till 27/10/2017.

2) problem: mobile automatically shut down and battery is totally drained out

3) was given to motorola service centre: pts-400-technologies-ghatkopar (204, rajgor empire, khot lane, opp. Bata showroom, above aqsa showroom. Ghatkopar west-400086). Contact no[protected]/[protected]/[protected]

4) service record no srpts[protected]/srpts[protected] dated 90/9/17

5) service centre is incapable of repairing the set
