[Resolved] Motorola — Motorola Moto E not getting replacement of Faulty Mobile | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is Krishan Kumar from Chandigarh Region, I am Motorola moto E Phone Customer and my phone has a issue of restart from last 2 month. I have visited service center 5 Times and they are telling it can not repaired, it need to go for full replacement of the product. I have already deposited it to service center 15 Days back, but still didn't get my phone, I already talked to Punjab Regional Head Mr Sharnajit, they are telling like we did not get approval. its really unexpected behavior from a reputed company, from last 2 months i need to go again and again to service center but no luck. its really frustrating a customer, i will not recommend any one for Motorola, its worst customer friendly company, Please help me in resolving my phone issue other wise i need to take shelter from court Please find phone detail Phone Name : MOTO E (White) IMEI :[protected] Phone Number :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
