My Moto G (2nd gen) handset is not working properly. It is not getting powered ON.I went to the Motorola service center named(B2X SURAT, 204-205, Jay Arcade, Rustampura main road, Near Rustampura Post Office, Surat -395002, Gujarat, India) they refused to register my complaint stating that it is not working because of water logging but their reply was not satisfactory. I am not able to understand how can water enter inside when it's secured by cover with multiple screws. I request you to kindly resolve this issue. Thanks... Was this information helpful? | |||
