Motorola — Motorola - No resolution to my request AMSGUR000333 at B2X Customer service center

Hello, I had given my phone the Moto G 2nd gen for servicing at B2X Customer service, Ansal Palam, Gurgaon. They told me motherboard had to be replaced. I have been assured of multiple dates by which the job (AMSGUR000333) would fixed, but to my dismay I have not yet heard back from the service center. The phone is under warranty period. I am really disappointed with the customer services of Motorola.
