I had issues with my moto turbo which was under warranty, motorola advised to get the job done with the service center in coimbatore at m/s vinayaga communication.
Was handed over on 5th September and I was just given a slip mentioning box no as 204.
Later I had to make 15 to 20 calls a day to contact service center but no one attends the call.
I registered complaint at motorola customer support a day again no response, I get a mail stating I will get a call back on 16/10 a day again no one callscalls.
Th call centre people also does not know the status.
Have spent 40k on this phone a day with this kind of service is totally unprofessional on part of them.
I request to take action and pay demurrages for the same.
