Device job number(BEMMG1500693)..I purchased moto x
play in November 2015..After a month o[censored]se, the mobile started
showing some issues like excessive heating and screen hanging... so I
gave it to the service center, the people there told me that ill get
the phone back in 10 days ..and now its 29 Jan and still I haven't
received my phone.. Motorola care people says that some shuseel is
handling my case and have to wait for call back..but I dint get any
call so i tried calling care many times but everytime they told me
different dates and kept postponing the callback date..at the moment
they have escalated the date to 18 Feb..This is not at all acceptable
Motorola ..Do u think we purchase mobile phones just to keep them in
service center?...I need a solution(refund, replace or an immediate repair)..I need the phone ASAP...Is this
