Dear Team, I have repaired my moto g 2nd generation phone from
your service center (B2X DADAR MUMBAI, 105, 2nd Floor, Ranjith Studio
Complex, Dadar Station Road, Dadar E, Mumbai - 400014, Maharastra).When
I had submitted it to the same service center it was dead (Not booting)
condition, but physically it was totally good in condition. When I have
received it is damaged condition. Little blue spot on my display panel.
Your service center damaged it and now saying that it was present
before but it was not before when i had submitted it. Its your service
center's fault. They said that it was software issue and battery issue
and they told me that it will resolve in 10 days then I visited 7th day
on (30th April 2015), my problem was not resolved yet, they told me it
will take more time and come on Monday (4th May 2015), then i have
visited on Monday (4th May 2015) but issue has not resolved yet, they
said me wait for half an hour, but issue was also not resolved after 2
hours and they given me phone after 2 hour. They have damaged my phone
and that why they have taken so long time to get back my phone to me.
They also not provided me job sheet yet. Your service center false
claiming that my phone is already damaged, but my phone is damaged by
your service center only. I want to my phone in proper condition . I'm
ready to re submit it for fixing this issue but I will not be pay any
thing for it, its your service center's fault you they have to pay for
