[Resolved] Motorola — Not able to update the status | |
Hello, I have submitted my Moto G4 plus to NewTech Solutions Vashi for Battery Issue on 31st Dec 2016 and i was informed that i will get my Mobile back within 10 days. But when i called NewTech Solutions after 10 days for Status, they told me to contact Motorola or email [protected]@ensureservices.in I emailed to said id but not a single response from them Everyday i m sending reminder email but no Response from them So request you to please refer following Service ID SRINA[protected] and update the status .
