Motorola — Not repairing my mobile phone and not giving to me proper solution

Hi I am Anil Avhad i am using Moto g2 gen mobile gave for repairing center Pune B2X (AMSPUE00395) on 12 Sep 2015 till date i did not get update even I am calling to them not responding properly. they are not sending part to service center and not giving any update only said wait 2-3 days. Please take an appropriate action on it
