Subject Touch screen not working properly Question reference #[protected] Date created: 23/07/2017 04.23 pm Date last updated: 23/07/2017 04.23 pm Status: unresolved Now my phone (Motorola g4 plus) condition is very bad to use, because of automatically touch screen operated.in this situation i cant use this. I am a businessman, daily i got lot of calls. Now i cant contact with the clients. My phone is in warranty period. This kind of complaints shows the cheating of customers. I like moto that's y i choose this company, this is very pathetic condition to use. 4 month before i purchased same phone for my wife, now i am thinking about that one also, how long the life of the mobile. I think u understood my situation & problems what i am suffer. Please do the needful.in this condition i cant use this one. I prefer for a new one because of its not of my problem. The company should replace it & pay for the valuable time of the customer demanded amount. This amount comes to under the product that makes the total loss of the customer. I am crazy about moto x4... but Moto services are too bad, so I am not sure If I should go with it..
